Hormone Testing
There are a number of options in using hormone testing: saliva, urine and blood. The latter of which is more commonly by medical doctors used but doesn't show what hormones are active and only gets a view of what is in the blood at the moment it is taken. The saliva test allows us to get a view through out a full menstrual cycle for those still cycling. The urine panel is helpful with thyroid and female hormones.
