Spa Treatment with Salt Glow, Infrared Sauna and Dr. Gardner’s Five-Point Health Massage

Salt Glow includes a full body dry-brush massage and exfoliation with a mixture of: sun-dried sea salt, organic sesame seed oil and essential oils. This removes the dead skin so the body can eliminate toxins and absorb the healthy oils.

Infrared Sauna Treatment with surround sound, everything you need for your comfort: Chlorine free shower with organic shampoos and bath soaps, towels and purified ionized drinking water.

Dr. Gardner’s Five-Point Health Massage includes: deep- tissue massage on the back, neck and shoulders, anti-stress on the face, neck and scalp, lymphatic drainage on the breasts, chest and abdomen, cellulite massage on the hips, thighs and buttocks and foot reflexology on the feet. The Spa Treatment last for three hours.

Infrared Sauna

The Infrared Sauna detoxifies the body on a cellular level from heavy metals including: mercury, lead, cadmium, aluminum, arsenic, formaldehyde and industrial chemicals. It has shown to assist in weight loss, pain management, skin purification, detoxification, and stress reduction. Infrared light from panels in the sauna surrounds the body and penetrates deeply

into joints, muscles and tissues, increasing oxygenation of tissue, getting endorphins flowing, increasing over all circulation and thus speeding up the healing process. It can thus provide relief to patients suffering from arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and certain skin conditions. It is the perfect addition to any detoxification program.

Happy Feet Treatment

This treatment has three parts. First, a foot-bath with mineral salts and aromatherapy will soften the skin to aid in elimination of dry dead skin. Second, is a foot exfoliation (scrub) with a mixture of: sun-dried sea salt, organic sesame seed oil and essential oils. This removes the dead skin so the pores can eliminate toxins and absorb the healthy oils. The final portion of this treatment includes: a foot reflexology massage that involves the feet and ankles. Each part of the foot corresponds to different organs and areas of the body and thus is a therapeutic treatment for the entire body. It can also be useful as a diagnostic tool. When certain points on the foot are painful to the touch this is indicative of blocked energy related to that body part. Deep massage applied to these areas can remove the block and get the currents flowing again.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is composed of nodes and ducts that carry off toxins and build the immune system. Massage using a lymphatic drainage technique helps to mobilize this fluid and move toxins out of congested nodes and ducts. We can enhance Lymphatic circulation by adding the Lymph-Light Treatment. Lymph-Light Treatment

The Lymph-Light Machine uses low current, cold gas light photons that produce an ionizing light. This light comes from a wand held by the practitioner to target various nodes and ducts of the lymphatic system. The Lymph-Light Treatment effects cells on an energetic level by rebalancing the charge of the cells own electromagnetic field. Cells in the lymphatic system can clump together and bond electrically with water, which can create diseased tissue, edema, benign tumors, swelling and other blockages that are dissolved and released by the Lymph-Light Treatment.
