Nancy Gardner, PhD
Nancy Gardner has a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Clinical Research. Additionally she has ten years post graduate training in nutrition at the American College of Advancement in Medicine. She is certified by
the American Board of Thermology (since 1998) and has been practicing Thermography for more than 15 years.
She is the CEO and director of the Optimum Health Clinic Inc. The Optimum Health Clinic opened its doors in Marin County over 27 years ago and has been on the cutting edge of preventative medicine ever since.
In 1993 she established the non-profit organization, California Preventative Medicine Foundation, to research and educate about the prevention and natural treatment of diseases. She travels worldwide to teach classes about: Preventing Breast Cancer, How to do Your Own Manual Breast Exam, and the Clinical Application of Medical Thermography for Breast Screening. Nancy Gardner has just published a Self Help book to living clean in a toxic world called Detoxification for Optimum Health - A Self Help Guide to Living Clean in a Toxic World. Shiva Pourazima, ND, QBS
Dr. Shiva graduated from the University of California (UC), Berkeley with a B.A. in Biophysics. She then attended Bastyr University, where she received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
As a Quantum Biofeedback Specialist, Dr. Shiva sees Quantum Biofeedback as an integration of Quantum Physics and Naturopathic Medicine and as an amazing way to help awaken our innate healing abilities and wisdom.
Dr. Shiva’s specialty is Blood Chemistry Analysis based on the Functional Medicine principles, Bio-identical Hormone Balancing and Replacement, and Quantum Biofeedback. She uses state of the art Blood and Saliva Testing to evaluate blood chemistry, nutrition and hormone levels. Then using these results she customizes a Hormone Balancing Plan specific for your needs. Natural or bio-identical hormones are hormones which are chemically exactly identical to the hormones produced by the human body. Natural hormones combine with hormone receptor sites and elicit biological effect without many of the undesirable side effects that are seen with the synthetic form
Dr. Shiva is a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of California, and is a member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association.
Dawn Kali has received extensive training by Dr. Robert Young as a Nutritional Microscopist, performing Live Blood analysis with a dark field microscope. She has also received training as a pH Miracle Practitioner and has had the benefit of working closely with other microscopists at the pH Miracle Center. She truly believes in the advantages of living an alkalizing lifestyle and has made a personal commitment to be an example by practicing her beliefs. She has worked in the Raw Food Industry and has a passion for creating alkaline recipes, which she enjoys sharing with her patients.
She believes information that you receive from doing live blood analysis is a great monitoring tool to see the progression from unhealthy blood that is full of heavy metal toxicity or parasites/yeast, into healthy blood that is functioning properly to give the body the nutrients and oxygen it craves and eliminating toxins as it should. It is truly rewarding to work with patients who want to obtain Optimum Health and Vitality!
Cyrus Wood-Thomas, D.C., D.N.B.H.E. is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Diplomat of the National Board of Homeopathic examiners and a Medical Doctor of Homeopathy (India). He has been in practice of chiropractic, nutritional and homeopathic medicine for thirty-one years. Dr. Wood-Thomas attended four years undergraduate at Boston College and an additional four years Cleveland College of Chiropractic Medicine.
His Homeopathic Medical Education includes: A two year apprenticeship w/ Dr. Hubert Claybrook, Los Angeles, CA, an Intensive with National Center of Homeopathy Educational program in India. He has also attended extensive seminars with the International College of Homeopathy and Homeopathic Educational Seminars with the National Center for Homeopathy with Bill Gray, Vithoulkas, Eiziaga, Catherine Coulter, Lou Klein, Roger Morrison, Paul Herscu etc.

Over the last thirty-one years I have studied with the most renowned homeopaths in the world, including Catherine Coulter, Eizayaga, Bill Gray, Roger Morrison and various homeopaths from India. Additionally Dr. Wood-Thomas lectures at the Bay Club, Corte Madera CA in an effort to offer my patients the very best quality care and knowledge in the field.
